A Safe Graduation

celebration cannot happen without

many volunteers.

There are various areas where your help is needed. The responsibilities are divided between committees and you can find brief job descriptions at the bottom of this page.  Any amount of time you can devote is welcome and necessary.  Please contact one of the chairs to volunteer.

Each year the planning may look a little different as a new group of parents get involved.  It is up to us to make this the terrific event we want our child to look forward to as a way to finish up a very important day and keep forever in their memory.

Attend parent meetings, join a committee, offer ideas, gather and organize prizes.

Help the registration commmittee check your child in and out at points during the evening of Safe Grad, or offer help to security during safe grad night to ensure all kids have a fun and safe experience.

If you are available to help on Safe Grad night itself, you can request a specific shift if necessary. Please indicate to your committee head when you are available to work.  And we can't have parents going hungry on the night of Safe Grad.  Snacks and beverages will be available for parents at the Convention Centre during the night.

As the saying goes:  "Many hands make light work".
